This project was a market feasibility analysis of a scattered site in-fill project involving 13 units of new construction and rehabilitated apartments in downtown Bennington, Vermont. The project defined the market area for affordable housing; determined affordable rents in the market area; documented supply of and demand for affordable housing in the market area. The analysis gave an affordable housing developer the data needed to gain funding to complete the project. The project is now under construction. Client: Regional Affordable Housing Corporation.
